Het bepaalt niet alleen het comfort van medewerkers, maar heeft ook een directe invloed op prestaties, luchtkwaliteit en energieverbruik.<br>Voor het project van Mitsubishi Chemicals in Tielt stond \u00e9\u00e9n doel centraal: een stabiel, gezond en energiezuinig klimaat cre\u00ebren in de productiehal. Vooral tijdens warme periodes vormden hoge buitentemperaturen een uitdaging voor zowel mens als proces.<br>We kozen voor een duurzame en performante aanpak met acht tweetraps adiabatische koelingstoestellen, elk goed voor een capaciteit van 14.000 m\u00b3\/u. Deze systemen zorgen voor een continue toevoer van grote volumes verse, gekoelde lucht.<br>Door gebruik te maken van tweetraps adiabatische koeling wordt warme buitenlucht op een milieuvriendelijke manier afgekoeld van temperaturen tot 35\u00b0C naar ongeveer 17\u00b0C. Dit zonder zware mechanische koeling, wat het energieverbruik aanzienlijk beperkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" autoplay controls muted src=\"https:\/\/beproactive.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/BeProActiveV2.mov\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-focus-op-luchtkwaliteit\"><strong>Focus op luchtkwaliteit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"h-focus-op-luchtkwaliteit-een-belangrijk-voordeel-van-deze-installatie-is-dat-er-uitsluitend-met-verse-buitenlucht-wordt-gewerkt-dit-betekent\"><br>Een belangrijk voordeel van de adiabatische koeling is dat er uitsluitend met verse buitenlucht wordt gewerkt.
